Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

TextCorn LLC, the operator of textcorn.com (the “Service”), is not a producer, whether primary or secondary, as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, of visual content appearing on the Service.

TextCorn LLC does not create, commission, select, edit or produce user-submitted visual content. It does not hire, contract for, manage or otherwise arrange the participation of any person depicted in such content.

The Service operates as an interactive platform that allows independent third-party users to upload, share and display content. With respect to user-submitted content, TextCorn LLC's activities are limited to transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and formatting, together with safety, legal and policy enforcement.

All user-submitted content is provided by independent third parties. The applicable uploaders and content producers are solely responsible for complying with 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A, 28 C.F.R. Part 75 and all other applicable age-verification, recordkeeping and labelling requirements.

To the extent that any content available through the Service falls within these provisions, the required records are maintained by the applicable content producer.

Content appearing on the Service is either provided by independent third-party users or outside or exempt from the applicable recordkeeping requirements.

TextCorn LLC does not control the production of user-submitted content and does not assume the recordkeeping obligations of independent third-party producers.

Each uploader represents and warrants that:

- Every person depicted in sexual or intimate visual content was at least 18 years old when the content was created;

- Every depicted person consented to the content's creation and distribution;

- The uploader possesses all necessary rights, releases and permissions; and

- The producer responsible for the content maintains all records required by applicable law.

TextCorn prohibits content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, coercion, trafficking, exploitation or content uploaded without the necessary rights and consent.
