TextCorn is an adults-only platform for fictional stories and related user-generated media. TextCorn is committed to maintaining a lawful platform and protecting users, creators, depicted persons and other affected individuals.

Prohibited Content

TextCorn prohibits:

1. Child sexual abuse material or any sexual or exploitative visual depiction of a person under 18.

2. Sexualized visual content depicting a person who is, appears to be or is presented as a minor.

3. Non-consensual intimate images, including hidden-camera content, stolen private images and sexual deepfakes involving identifiable people.

4. Content produced, obtained or distributed through coercion, trafficking, exploitation or abuse.

5. Content that solicits, facilitates, encourages or credibly threatens real sexual abuse or exploitation.

6. Genuine threats, stalking, targeted harassment, doxxing or malicious publication of personal information.

7. Content uploaded without the necessary ownership rights, licenses, releases or consent.

8. Content infringing copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark or other third-party rights.

9. Impersonation intended to deceive, defraud or harm another person.

10. Content that violates applicable criminal or civil law.

11. Malware, phishing, fraud, spam or attempts to compromise TextCorn or its users.

12. Attempts to evade a platform suspension or interfere with a safety investigation.

Real-Person Sexual Content

Every person appearing in sexual or intimate visual content must have been at least 18 years old when the content was created and must have consented to its creation, publication and distribution. The uploader and applicable content producer are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all age-verification, identity, consent, release and recordkeeping documentation required by law.

Content may be removed when TextCorn receives a valid report or becomes aware that the required rights, consent or legal conditions are absent.

AI-Generated and Altered Content

AI-generated and digitally altered sexual content is permitted only when it does not depict or imitate an identifiable real person without consent, does not depict or appear to depict a minor, is clearly labelled, does not infringe third-party rights and otherwise complies with TextCorn's policies.

Fictional Stories

TextCorn primarily hosts fictional stories. Fictional stories must not be falsely presented as records of real abuse or criminal conduct. Fictional adult themes do not permit content involving real minors, real non-consensual imagery, genuine threats, solicitation of illegal conduct or instructions facilitating exploitation.

Reporting

Anyone may report content without creating an account at https://textcorn.com/legal/report or by emailing support@textcorn.com. Include the exact URL, a clear explanation, the reporting category and supporting information. Do not download or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material; report its URL only.

Enforcement

TextCorn may remove or disable content, restrict it by age or location, request information, issue warnings, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, prevent re-uploading, preserve evidence, notify affected persons, report suspected crime to authorities, or take no action when no violation is established.

Child Safety

TextCorn has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation. Suspected child sexual abuse material will be removed or disabled immediately upon identification. Relevant accounts may be permanently terminated, evidence preserved and reports made to NCMEC or other competent authorities where required or appropriate.

Appeals

Affected users may appeal an eligible decision within six months at https://textcorn.com/legal/appeal. Appeals will be reviewed objectively and will not be decided solely through automated means.

Authorities

Legally valid authority requests should be sent to support@textcorn.com and identify the authority, representative, legal basis, requested information and deadline.
